Over the years, Eddie’s role evolved, encompassing various aspects of mining operations and extending to crucial areas like government and community relations. His deep understanding of the industry’s nuances propelled him into the realm of human resources development, where he focused on training, capacity building, and assessment.
In his role as a Corporate Director at a multinational mining corporation, Eddie was instrumental in fostering a culture of coaching, emphasizing its importance in effective leadership. Today, as the founder and President Director of PT Quintave Kinerja Mulia, Managerial Consulting Group, he brings his vast experience to bear on managerial leadership systems. His work now involves guiding senior executives and aligning corporate strategies with organizational structures and management practices to enhance overall business performance.
Eddie holds a degree in Structural Engineering from the University Technology Sydney, Australia, and has earned various certifications, including Technical Head of Mining Operations and Corporate Executive Coaching. He is a member of the Association of Indonesian Mining Experts (PERHAPI) and the Indonesian Competent National Movement (GNKI), reflecting his ongoing commitment to the business sector.
