Nilam graduated with a degree in Japanese Literature from Binus University in 2019. She joined PT Quintave Kinerja Mulia as an Executive Assistant in August 2023, bringing with her a background in administration, director assistance, and customer relations.

At PT QuintaveKinerja Mulia, Nilam supports the executive team, coordinates product marketing and client training. She plays a key role in enhancing operations and nurturing client relationships.
