Joined Quintave in 2011 as a part-time transcriber; she was responsible for producing the document converted from the recorded interview to text format. After that, she became a Transcription Team Coordinator.

​In 2013, as the Online Assessment Coordinator (Prevue), Tiya was in charge of assessors’ schedules and monitored the ongoing assessment process, if there are problems with the assessors when working on the assessment. Occasionally she also helps answer the client questions. Currently, Tiya is Admin Support.
