Zoya Smith was first introduced to the Prevue Assessment in 2007 when she started work at a Vancouver Staffing Firm as Director of Operations. She became the in-house expert on assessments as well as managing the operations for the firm. Zoya still works as a part time Director of Operations with the company and manages their onboarding and temp payroll, social media and marketing, and IT.
In 2014, Zoya joined the Success Team at PrevueHR. Over the next 5 years, she deepened her Prevue Assessment knowledge by offering weekly training sessions to both clients and resellers. Zoya was also heavily involved in the Applicant Tracking System where she became the in-house resource for site setup, training, and support.
