Michel (Mike) Desjardins is the co-founder and principal advisor at Quintave, an advisory team specializing in managerial leadership systems, strategy analysis and implementation, organizational and operational business process effectiveness, and talent development including coaching for executives and high potential individuals.
He brings over 20 years consulting experience with executive teams on 5 continents and across a broad range of industries. These include Mining, Marketing Services, Sales, Telecom, Logistics, Research, Postal, and Printing.
He has led 60 long-term mandates which have been mostly international in nature and across multi-cultures and multi-languages. His clients have benefited from his broad business background and experience in sales, marketing, technical service planning, and business leadership from Xerox Corporation where his career evolved in Canada, the US, and South America over a 20-year span, including his last appointment as Vice-President of a Business Unit.
Michel brings a unique blend of practical leadership and management experience combined with concepts and principles that support and guide managers at all organizational levels. His support and guided discovery approach have helped managers increase their effectiveness as managerial leaders towards achieving the strategic intent and goals of their organization.
