Prevue is an assessment, not a test, there are no right or wrong answers. Results indicate where each individual is most naturally suited to work, not whether they’ve passed or failed. This also makes it legally defensible and ethically sound for employment selection.

Both. Prevue is designed for the full employee lifecycle, from pre-employment screening all the way through team building, performance development, and succession planning. Many clients use it primarily for internal talent assessment and career path decisions.

DISC and Myers-Briggs measure personality type or state of mind, useful for self-awareness, but not designed to predict job performance. Prevue measures underlying behavioral traits (based on the scientifically validated Big Five model) and combines them with cognitive ability and motivations against a custom job benchmark. That combination is what makes it predictive.
