Prevue Assessments are comprehensive tools designed to enhance the hiring process by evaluating candidates on three main dimensions: cognitive abilities, personality traits, and motivations. While resumes and interviews provide surface-level information, assessments can reveal additional insights about an individual's potential job performance, behavior, and job interest, helping employers make more validated hiring decisions.

Prevue Assessments measure general abilities, how they may behave, and if they will be interested in the work to give a holistic view of a candidate's fit for a role.

Prevue predicts job suitability by comparing candidate's results against a benchmark, a profile created specifically to reflect the nuances of the job for which you are recruiting and tailored to an organization's ideal employee characteristics. The benchmark can be created from a composite of the abilities, interests and personality traits of individuals who are currently successful in the job, from management's input or combination of the two.

CORPORATE COACH

This report equips coaches with a comprehensive understanding of a candidate’s unique work profile, derived from the candidate’s scores on the Motivation and Personality assessments. The report is offered in two versions: one for the coach, including coaching suggestions, and another for the candidate, which omits the coaching suggestions.

SUCCESSION PLANNING - MULTI POSITION

The report compares the candidate’s Prevue Assessments results to Prevue Benchmarks for multiple positions in a company. It helps you determine whether they are best suited for sales, legal, finance, operations, or other roles within the organization.
